"We were disappointed with our limestone floor tile. It did not look anything like the sample provided. We thought we were buying white/tan limestone (~$20/Sqft). The tiles that were delivered were that color but also had fossils and gray cloudy lines in them, which did not look nice. Also, they would not take back any of the extra tiles. We left a voicemail and no one ever called back. When we called again and asked to speak to a manager they said one was unavailable until after the holidays (three weeks away). We are waiting to see if we get a call. For the amount we paid we would’ve expected better customer service."
