"This store fixes dewalt tools. 2/10/24 changed the battery on my working hammer drill only to have it never work again after changing the battery. 2nd tool that sits on a shelf in a bag most of the time then it suddenly stops working. 12/23 MY drill is doing the same thing. NO MORE DEWALT. 10/1 having the same problem it originally took it there for. Black hole for Dewalt Tools. Turned in my tool, and it has never been heard from again. Called them after 4 weeks, with no status in the computer. Called 2 weeks later. Service personnel leave at 3 pm. I will see you tomorrow."
