"We had the worst experience with Linda from the store. She came to our home to measure, and we told her exactly what we were looking for. When I sent her a picture of a rug that I found and liked at a store today, we received a blistering text from her that was all over the map. She was rude, condescending and insulted my husband because “he acted nonchalant about buying rugs”. UNHINGED. She claimed that the way the business works is they provide ONE rug option to you and that is it. Had she told us that when I was in the showroom (prior to her coming to our home) we obviously would never have wasted our time. I’m not sure where someone gets off sending RUDE text messages to potential clients, but I would advise you to run away from this business."
