"Fast and friendly. And theyve always had all the hard to find replacement/repair stuff in stock. Most of the time when we use them weve already searched home depot, lowes, and ace. Our options are order online and wait for delivery (and hope its the right part) or get it from partsmater. Never had any issues and they always have what we need."

"Tried 2 other stores for a hard-to-find part. Stopped in BPI and had the best customer service experience. Karley greeted me and spent about 15 minutes searching for a match to my part and located it online. Said it was a part that she would need to order, so she referred me to another supplier locally that had the part so I didn't have to wait. A company that was more concerned with helping someone out, rather than just thinking about a sale. They will be my go-to-first company next time I need something! "Long overdue review. 3 years ago I decided to replace my shower fixtures. I should have done my research before I decided to change out the builder supplied fixtures for my shower. I pretty much destroyed the original fixtures while removing them. When I attempted to install the upgraded fixtures I purchased from Lowe's and found they weren't compatible, I couldn't put the shower back the way it was. I searched and searched for original replacement parts. My master bathroom shower was out of commission for over a week. A friend told me about Brown's Partsmaster. I was skeptical because I had already tried 3 plumbing supply places and was all over the internet trying to find the parts. I went in and thought, "This place looks a little small. They aren't going to have what I need". I showed the friendly person at the counter the parts I had destroyed. He went into the back and brought out EVERYTHING I needed! I could not believe it! To me it was the equivalent of turning water into wine (or a broken shower into a working shower). I left very happy and now I'm always telling people to go to Brown's Partsmaster if they need anything plumbing related."
