"Guy at the desk was extremely rude. I came in for a manhole cover hook and he acted like i was asking for a million dollars. Showed him a picture of it and he goes "Yeah i know what it is dude" like I'm satan for trying to help. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot. They're a mile away and happy to help. Don't waste your time with rude staff. Worst experience I've ever had in a store"

"I’ve always had a great experience coming here. Lines are usually pretty fast and when you get to the checkout the people are always so nice patient with me when trying to find parts because sometimes it’s now always easy. I’ve been here countless times and never felt like I was treated less than great. Grainger is expensive which I’d wish they’d try to be more competitive with their prices but they also 8 times of 10 can have my part when needed."
