"I ordered a bound area rug which was the wrong color when I arrived. The sales associate didn’t believe me when I tried to describe the issue, even when I sent her pictures of the sample from the sample board laying on the carpet that arrived. At first she didn’t believe me that I had taken the correct carpet off the sample board and basically accused me of taking a different sample off even though I sent her pictures of the board to show that the other colors were still on it. I was told there were no options but I could order another color for another $1,300. Would not recommend this company."

"At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them."
