"I just went to this place An Asian man was sitting on top of a desk. He saw me walking around. He didn't walk my way to find out what I wanted. A man walked in he helped him I was ready to buy a vanity and sink. I'll spend my money somewhere else that I can get great service and not a rude one."

It seems like a family owned business where everyone is nice and polite, but there's an older Asian woman who works there that is so rude, I'll likely spend more money elsewhere just to avoid her. From eye rolling, terse, unhelpful statements, rushing me, lack of clarity, and deliberately attempting to keep change on a transaction, there were still too many rude interactions from just that one person to even list. Some people don't belong in customer service functions. In this case, it cost future business."
