"Please do yourself a favor and do not order from here. I ordered shaker cabinets back in August from Window Depot. I picked them up in the beginning of September and when I brought them home, I noticed I was given the wrong sized cabinets compared to my order. Window depot was contacted immediately and stated they would order me the correct size and change them out. It’s now November and I still haven’t received them. I called Window Depot and they give me the run around saying they are on order but have no ETA. Due to this I can’t have my project completed and my house looks like a construction site."

"Walked for the first time and within seconds I was greeted by Dennis. He asked great questions and helped me find what I needed. He walked me to the doors I was looking for, showed me all the colors and talked me through some differences. Super painless and got a great price! Great people there. Will be back"

"I went to pick up some windows that were prepaid for thinking it would be faster than having them delivered. Boy was I wrong! When I walked in to the place there was 1 kid working, helping someone else. I literally stood in the lobby for 25 mins before I asked one of the many staffers that just kept walking around, to help me. She proceeded to tell me that my po # was for the other store and she couldn't help me. I explained to her that the sale was made at the other store but bc there was so many windows, one store had 5 and this store has 3. So at that point they decided to call the other store and they were put on hold for 15 min's. Once they answer the phone nobody knew what I was talking about and proceeded to take another 10 minutes to figure it out. So if you have time to waist waiting on customer service, by all means, go ahead and take the trip. But if you are in a hurry like everyone else is on this planet, save yourself the drive and have them deliver it to you."

When you come in all the questionable looking characters just stare and wait for the client to address them while they look at you up and down as if you are a strange insect You can tell all if not most of the people working here have a criminal record Prices are high for what they advertised They also advertise that they are a Depot I mean is in their name but when you ask about a window as I did the answer was "10 to 15 days" Incredibly disrespectful"
