"Whip to Broadway paints asking the owner lady could we exchange this hardener for the clear something must have went bad with the hardener cause the last week we have not been able to get the clear coat to harden. She had a attitude like oh I don't lose money on this on this i explained her send it back to the product company most likely they will get your money exchange back because you deal with them you sell their product. Did not get anywhere with the lady it's a total loss. I pretty much will have the chemical strip the truck and start all over."

"If I could give it zero stars I would! My boyfriend bought $160.00 in paint and paint thinner to paint our truck and ends up crashing our truck over the weekend. Needless to say I didn't need the stuff anymore and on the bottom of the receipt it says no returns after 30 days and no returns on mixed paint, neither of the two applied to me. So I brought the items in this morning and the Hispanic lady immediately said that she wouldn't return it because it's a chemical and she doesn't return chemicals! I don't have any chemicals I have paint which was not mixed it was sold as that color. Then I said that on the receipt it doesn't say anything about no returns on chemicals and she says that there is a plaque on the outside of the building that says that and on the outside of the building there is no sign that says that there is some kind of sign but no regular person would know that it means no returns on chemicals! It's just a triangle shape sign with the numbers 3 3 1 on it! On top of that when he bought it never once did someone mention to him that there's a no return policy on any of the items! Maybe he wouldn't have bought it knowing that, it's just shady business to me. Anyway I will never give this place another dime and wouldn't recommend anyone give her any business I think she just tricked us into buying stuff that we have to figure out what to use it on now!"
