"I am a GC and have made MULTIPLE purchases for hundreds of dollars at this location. I just had a battery fail me that I have had less than 6 months. Called the store, they would not help me out at all. They would rather quash any future purchases than work with you. I understand all sales final, but not even offering to work with the customer is really bad business. Taking my money elsewhere. UPDATE - Customer service for D. Depot called me and we were able to come to a resolution, they replaced my battery. Thank you!"

"Bought a Dewalt router that was advertised as new, upon opening it at home, not only was it not new, it was also missing parts. Being used doesn’t bother me, but when I reached out about the missing parts, they said there was nothing they could do except give me a discount on my next purchase, so I’m out an extra $50 to replace parts on a “new” tool. Buyer beware, I’ll stick to the big box store or online shopping."
