"Went to this location and was greeted with great hospitality from Sir Cooper who got my vehicle in for repair in a timely manner. The repair was fixed and was notified of other wearing which could also be repaired. In no time my vehicle was ready to drive on the road again. Sir Joey finished off my visit with some great words. I believe the gentleman that helped me today at this Brakes Plus location are outstanding models for the company. Thanks to the whole team there. Blessed be thy!"

"I have been a few times now and every time has been a great experience. Joey and his guys have great customer service skills. But what I love the most is the cost is reasonable and the honesty. There was one time I took my car in for oil change, and I asked them to change the air filter also because I knew it had been a while and they could have easily replaced it and charged me but instead they came and showed me the air filter and said that I could wait until next time because it still looked good."

"I went in for a diagnostic for my check engine light and an oil change. I knew the issue would likely be my catalytic converter because I had someone plug in a portable code reader before, so I was really dreading bringing it in to find out for sure. I had been late for my appointment, and expected to be waiting for hours, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was. There were also multiple customers in and out dropping off vehicles for scheduled appointments who were quoted no more than an hour wait. I spoke to the manager Joey Rodriguez. When he came out to tell me it was in fact my cat converter needing to be replaced, he was straight forward and quoted me a pretty reasonable price for everything, which was a big relief. He also let me know straight out what to look out for since I was not going to get the repair the same day, in terms of what the vehicle would do if the issue got worse, instead of me having to go home and google it. After the diagnostic, I expected to be waiting still for the oil change, but he said it was already done as well, and we were on our way. I have been here a few times and it's always a good experience. It's a quiet atmosphere with minimal things for my toddler to try getting into, which is a plus for me. The waiting area and bathrooms are are kept clean. They have coffee and cold water. Everyone is super friendly and I feel like they're pretty honest and never try to get me to purchase things I don't need. Joey even made sure we were comfortable with the tempurate in the lobby, which I would have never bothered anyone with, but he turned on the ac for me because I run hot. I honestly have no complaints."
