Take 5 Oil Change

"I’ve been taking my vehicle to get serviced at my local Take 5 oil change for a while now. It was time for my vehicle to get an oil change so, I came to my normal oil change spot today and the guy who was working on my car could not get the filter out. He was banging and trying everything to get it out, the manager told me that the person who did my oil change the last time tightened it too much. But, the manager reassured me that they are going to take it out, so he went and helped the guy working on my car but they still couldn’t get the filter out. I had told him that I have receipts that I got my car serviced there and, he proceeded to called his boss. His boss told him to get my information to file a claim since they were the ones who did my last oil change. The manager said that the person filing the claim would contact me in a couple days. I left and they reassured me that my car will be fine until the claim person contacts me, but a hour after leaving I parked my car and when I looked under my car there was an oil leak. I am very worried about my car running out of oil because of this leak and I end up dying or something."

"I used to come here for all my oil changes fast and convent or so I thought. I will not be returning after my last time. I took my car in Sunday got an oil change drove home parked my car. Monday night while driving home my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and check engine came on. Still not thinking it could be from oil change I took to mechanic shop who gave me documented proof that the dip stick was not in properly causing it to dislodge and and caused a vaccum leak and oil spray all over engine which caused the check engine light. Went to take 5 with documented proof and they said nothing they can do for me as I didn’t take it to them to diagnose! Last I checked you’re not a mechanic shop why would I take a car to you for diagnosis!! Very disappointed and will not return I’m now out the money for oil change (not upset about that part) but a 200 diagnostics fee for their mistake. So basically a 325 dollar oil change. Will be reporting to az corp commission and , BBB."

"Very nice and friendly staff that greeted us and offered us water right away. They communicated wait time right away and were working like crazy. Oil change was done quick and they topped off windshieldeld fluid. They were so thoughtful throughout the process and updated me while working on my car. Keep up the great work Enrique and Kailee."

"While the concept of a 10-minute oil change may sound great, the reality is it took over an hour to do three cars. I watched as the manager fumbled around with one trying to get a funnel to work in the gas tank. The quality simply isn't there and I have no faith in them. I tried calling customer service and it went to voicemail. If they don't care enough to actually man their customer service phones, I can't trust them with such a vital part of my vehicle's service."

"Well the employees block almost all the spots with their trucks, but the main issue is the black truck you see in the photo, doing burnouts in the parking lot, this is a very busy and very pedestrian walk friendly area, that is not safe at all. This places needs a new management. Plus when driving past all the employees sitting on their phones, you are telling me there is nothing to do and everything is done? Yeah right!!"
