"I have been to this store three times. The first time I waited 10 mins before someone even came out front to assist me. The second time, yesterday, the employees who were in the front of the store had to finish goofing off with one another before they greeted me and helped me. Another gentleman walked in and the same thing happened to him (we were the only two in the store). Today I came back in and my service went very well but I am writing this review based off what I learned today. I originally created an account online before ever setting foot in a store. Not realizing there are two on Peoria, I accidentally created my account at the commercial location right down the street. Every time I have gone in since creating my account, instead of taking an extra minute to transfer my account or set it up, they just have been putting my orders under their generic "homeowners account". Until today, I had no idea they couldn't find my account. I am currently remodeling my home and was relying on my account saving my previous paint purchases so the mixes I have previously used can be be easily accessed. Luckily I have taken pictures. But if you're not going to save my info and create a database for me, what sets your apart from Home Depot? No one has ever tried to help me customize colors. Really disappointed in the management at this location."

"The sales associates were knowledgeable and willing ask questions to understand my personal situation in order to make better paint recommendations. They were also willing to share their own personal experiences with certain colors in order to help with the decision making process. I will certainly come back to this store location again due to the helpfulness of the staff!"
