"Very helpful staff, it is stocked with some unique stuff. They are a little pricier than the big box hardware stores but the experience is worth the price increase. You go into home Depot and you are getting helped by robots or morons. You walk in here and you'll be helped promptly and be on your way quick."
"If it's not too busy you should have no problem getting help from the employees, if it's busy at all forget about it! also they are little bit pricey, actually they're are way pricey. (for example those little kiddie pools are more expensive there than they are at the Fry's next door, and not just buy a few dollars by $10) Also they should not let the house cat roam the frys parking lot very dangerous On the positive side it's nice to have a hardware store that you don't have to walk through a Big Box store to find what you need and then once you do get help they seem to know what they're doing"

More importantly, the products that are made by Ace Hardware have an outstanding warranty vs, that don’t! This is the only Ace Hardware I frequent because of the aforementioned."
