"Dr. Narla, although very smart, was not honest nor very friendly during my visit. Back in October, I made an afternoon appointment (an hour before they close) for a dental check up. Turns out, I allegedly had 3 cavities. One in tooth 2, 3 and 14. Although I haven't been to a dentist in years, I still thought it was odd, based on how I mostly took care of my teeth. I was hesitant to proceed forward with the fillings because they made it sound very urgent and gave me no time to process. As it was my first filling, I had all these questions about cavities, how it develops and what not and the doctor was not pleased with such curiosity. Ultimately, I told them to give me a quote and I would call them back. Shortly after this, I got a second opinion at Western Dental on Arizona Ave in Chandler and they told me I had 1.5 cavities. One on tooth 14 and 0.5 on tooth 21 or 28 - I don't recall. I've learned that a cavity can have a certain "threshold" before it needs to be filled, hence the 0.5. It can sometimes be more damaging to fill than it is to just, leave it alone and monitor. Because of Western Dental's honesty, I actually spent more there than I would have here. Albeit, their wait room and equipment aren't as advanced and shiny as the one here, but in the end, it whatever gets the job done accurately and precisely - yes, there is a difference..."

"Edited: After leaving my first review the staff has gained above and beyond to rectify the situation with my appliance. They hand delivered my denture to the surgical center and made sure I had everything I needed for my surgery. They have re-adjusted my denture a number of times and have helped with the adjustment into a new way of dealing with my teeth. I know everyone has a bad day from time to time and sometimes the stars are far from aligning. I appreciate them and have changed my review. Original: 0/5 Stars if I could. I'm so upset as I write this review. I'm supposed to be having surgery in 30 min and this office hasn't done any of the work they have already been paid to do. My denture was supposed to be here on the 21st it's now the 2nd of the month following. They didn't call, they didn't follow up, they just let my case sit here while the collected my money and forgot about me. Until they get their act together, I would not recommend this location to anyone."

"This was my first experience having dental work done and I was really nervous going into this. From the start Alex was so friendly and calming and made me feel ok for being scared and helped calm me by answering questions with detail and even jumping in to hold my hand during the procedure. I can’t thank her enough. Dr. Narla was very patient and kind, he let me have breaks when I needed to and explained everything he was going to do. I am very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend this office."

"I have always appreciated professionalism, care and friendliness of Dr. Narla. It is always a fast process without much of waiting. I have been going to this dental office for more than 3 years and started with an excellent Hygienist and unfortunately first quarter visit this year place a doubt on my mind for wanting to continue with this office. I had a visit yesterday and meeting their dental Hygienist (Lara) completely met and exceeded my expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I made my next appointment and looking forward to it."

"Pros and huge cons. Yes, the front office is friendly. Easy to book online appointments. The dentist is thorough & efficient. The cons. Always late. Expect to wait 15 minutes so don’t bother coming 30 minutes early unless your their first appointment of the day. And now the biggest CON, the dental hygienist. Where to start!? I’m assuming she’s new to the role. She never once for my appointment nor my kids gave us her name. But this was evenings. She is to polish and floss. Well, lack of communication first. Did not polish the back molars for me or my Teenage kid. I kept telling her she missed some teeth and she was defensive. She has no attention to detail. She polished over lips. Was looking away. Didn’t even give me glasses. I’m not interested in trainees cleaning my teeth. Absolute waste of insurance money. Please re-train your hygienist asap."
