"I’m going to make this plain and simple. Dentist is great and all the staff with the exception of desk guy was great. But I don’t spend my hard earned money at any business that allows employees to be disrespectful to patients. I’ll spend my money elsewhere."

"Had an awful experience with the front desk person, and looking at other reviews we are not the only patients that he has mistreated. Dr Mclaws is an awesome dentist, but I will never return because of the disrespectful attitude of the desk “guy”. Dr Mclaws I suggest you address your employees disrespectful attitude before all your patients go elsewhere. Unacceptable behavior towards your patients will not grow your business . Shame on you!! I gave a 1 because it’s the lowest possible. You really deserved a -5 ."

"First and foremost, I want to explain my one star rating. This rating is not for Dr. Mclaws, nor is it for any of the wonderful dental hygienists or dental assistants that work for his office. Dr. Mclaws is a wonderful, kind, caring dentist and person. He truly makes the patient feel that they are important and listened to. He is proficient in his skills and knows what he is doing. I would rate him as an excellent dentist, and trust me I have unfortunately seen many. He does not say people need work that they do not need, he is very honest with his recommendations too. The dental hygienists and dental assistants are very kind, caring individuals. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that the patient is comfortable, and welcomed. They never rush any cleanings, nor do they make anyone uncomfortable. They really go out of their way to ensure good outcomes for the patient. This review is for whoever answered the phone, when I called today. He stated that he was the office manager. I called the first time, was placed on hold for a period of time, I ended up having to hang up because I was in a hurry. I called back and the man asked if he could place me on hold, I said "no", to which he placed me on hold. I did not have time to hold again. I understand that he is busy, but he never came back on the line the first time that I was on hold. I called back a third time and he hung up on me. So, after the fourth time that I called, he was able to talk. I understand that I should have just waited on hold the first time, but I was waiting and no one came back on the line. We finally got to talking, and I informed him that I had not received a text reminder of an appointment that was supposed to be for the next day. He informed me that I had no appointments visible in their system, to which I told him that was not acceptable. I needed to find out what happened to my appointment because I had never notified that it had been canceled. I made this appointment 3 months prior at my previous cleaning appointment. The man that I spoke to was very dismissive, rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. This individual is going to end up costing Dr. Mclaws a large amount of money due to his lack of customer service skills. There are other reviews about this individual too. I left the phone call wanting to leave this practice, due to this persons disposition. At the end of the day, this is a business, and by keeping this person on the payroll is going to have a large impact on this company. It is such a shame, because Dr. Mclaws is fantastic, 10/10 and so are the hygienists and assistants. Please rethink having this as the face of your business, and think about the patients that you are going to lose due to this. I am now forced to leave this practice because I refuse to be treated this way by someone. Do not come back to my review and say "patient not in our system" I am not using my real name in this review. Thank you!"

"This was a last minute, emergency appointment due to a crown coming off. Dr. McLaws and his team were amazing. Easy to make the appointment, caring while there, and brought humor to a nerve wracking situation for me. The treatment was easy and done quickly. I really appreciate the entire team there. Thank you."

"I am grateful to Dr. McLaws and his team for their prompt attention and care. It was an almost an emergency and I was quite concerned and in some pain. Dr was efficient, thorough and kind. Had me back to normal in quick time. Highly recommended."
