After some initial hesitancy and confusion on my part over a procedure that was recommended the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me and answer all of my questions. My hygienist was Lin and she was especially outstanding and really attentive to my needs as a patient. Overall the cleaning I received and the advice were among the best I've ever received! "I had my wisdom teeth taken out not too long ago and they were very good. They made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on. It took 2 visits but on both occasions, the extractions went according to plan. They were very professional and courteous. If you have issues with your teeth, come here they are really good."
"Myrna is the BEST office manager at any dentist office I've ever been to. She's very organized, knows her patients, accommodates difficult schedules, does accurate billing, and always has a smile plastered on her face. Dr, Chan is just as awesome!!! So friendly, gentle, and has managed to get my mouth in pain free mode several times. She even responded immediately to an emergency call i made to her on a weekend very late at night. This staff here is amazing. They work so well together. They always put patients first."
"Very professional and friendly staff. They are very efficient with seeing the patients. The longest I had to wait was 10 minutes. They finish the appointments ontime too. This is helpful if you have a busy schedule. Dr. Chan is young but is very knowledgeable about what she does. I used to dislike going to a dentist, and she has completely changed my outlook. Now, I am looking forward to my next appointment. They are located at an Intel site, but they accept non-Intel patients/insurances too. I highly recommend giving them a try."
