I am a professional wrap installer who has worked with him and tried to help him. He is making every mistake in the book of what not to do in the wrap industry and will try and sell it off to you the customer. Do not give him the opportunity. "Not sure what happened to my original review but it's gone.. so I'm writing again my way less than perfect experience w ebj. I had searched Groupon and found a good deal. Had all 5 windows tinted and the tint want the problem, it looks good. I have a 2008 BMW the I had just purchased about a month prior. I dropped my car off after work and picked it up the next day, to find the inside for panel on the passenger side all messed up. Looked like it had melted. The leather was warped shrink away from the widow and door handle. When I pointed out to Oscar his response was... " Oh it was like that when you dropped it off" I responded w um no it certainly was not, I would know I just bought it and there was no damage to the interior at all, anywhere! He said he knows a guy but wanted me to split the cost of repairing the damage caused by his employees. And then when I called back he wouldn't answer. My husband works in the auto repair industry and I have had enough experience to know that that is not how it works.. don't use this shop they can't take responsibility for their eff-ups"

"I paid to have a spoiler wrapped it started peeling the same day. I called and they said they would redo it but the guy who did it ended up leaving and they never bothered to reach out again don’t waste your money and had they done it right the first time I wouldn’t be driving around with a spoiler with the vinyl wrap clearly hanging off."
