"The receptionist in this office has a terrible service, she’s unprofessional. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule teeth cleaning appointments for my husband and me, she told me she was busy and she called me back 3 days after that I finally scheduled the appointments, the day before our appointments she sent the reminder and confirmation message and because we didn’t confirm right away because we were busy even that she mentioned answer until 4pm, I confirm my appointments at 12:18 she has been cancel my appointments and filled out the spots with another patients. When I said to her I didn’t want another appointment that I didn’t like that service, she was texting back in a rude way. They loose our practice and we are never coming back to this dentist."

"The receptionist is completely incompetent. I used to see Dr. Johnson when his mother ran the front office and it was excellent. Unfortunately now, when you call in, the receptionist oftentimes is not at her desk (driving), will give you her personal number to text, and will not follow up on questions asked or will completely ignore you. It's too bad, I don't want to go to another dentist, but the frustrations I've encountered over the past week with his front office is unacceptable and unproductive."

From the X-rays to cleaning my teeth, he was considerate and helpful. He put me at ease immediately. Dr. Johnson was personable and informative. We will definitely come back again! "Hands down the best dentist ever! Dr Johnson and Rochelle together are the best in all aspects performing of each procedure I've had. Dr Johnson is great at his communication throughout and they are just very attentive , empathetic and somehow make it an enjoyable experience (as much as possible while getting procedures done to your mouth). Both were not easy procedures and Dr. Johnson again is clinically top-notch and knows how to make sure you never feel any pain. Also, no long waits, they get right to it, no time to think about it. :)"

"Hands down the best dentist I have ever visited. I have been going to him for 3 years now and Dr. Johnson has never asked or pushed for any additional services as I don't need them. He is the most honest dentist ever. I have never waited more than 5 mins for my appointment, which is a big plus for me as I think my time as valuable as the Dr. If you want a low key, honest and efficient Dr. then look no further."
