"DO NOT GO HERE! My wife and I recently relocated to Chandler and we decided to give Flossophy Dental a try (Jan 2024) because of the positive reviews. This was a big mistake. Below I listed the reasons I won’t return, please read and take them all into consideration before choosing Flossophy. 1. They told my wife that she needed over $1K in dental work(her portion after insurance). She was very surprised by this as she had just seen our old dentist 5 months prior who did not have any concerns. She told them she wanted to discuss it with me first and they decided TO CALL ME and tell me what she needed done, without her consent (HIPAA violation). I could hear her in the background saying she wanted to talk to me privately at home. They also tried pressuring her to sign up for care credit, put it on a credit card, ask me to put it on my credit card or borrow the money from a family member. The thing is, we can afford the services, but as a couple we like to discuss any bigger charges together and this being her first visit and hearing all the work “she needs” for the first time, she wanted to discuss it with me first. My wife felt so uncomfortable and so pressured she asked me to please never go back. She is the most laid back person I know so this was very alarming. 2. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a very quick job that didn’t seem thorough compared to all my previous dental care and I found it super odd that he only flossed my front 4 bottom teeth. He also was telling me how another woman complained about him not being thorough and he thought it was silly because he says he is just fast. 3. It’s been over two months and they have not billed my insurance. I have told them on 5 different occasions that there is no claim on file. They told me it takes a while to get a claim back. I have been a medical biller and coder for over 11 years so I know how this works. Yes, it can take some time for a claim to process. However, your claim should at least be received by them within a week at most(with electronic submission). If they are sending claims through snail mail, this will take additional time for it to be on file. However, regardless it’s been over two months and still nothing on file. I have contacted them several times and they always tell me they will follow up but have yet to do so. Insurances have timely filing rules and if they don’t submit the claims timely, your insurance won’t pay. 4. I paid $87 on my visit because I didn’t have my FSA card yet and I have asked 3 times for an itemized receipt so I can get reimbursed and they have still failed to provide it. I reached out again today via their texting number, so I have everything documented and I was told they are doing training (hopefully it’s successful) and will get back to me Monday. In my opinion this place is unorganized, unethical and inexperienced. We will never return again."
"Staff was very helpful and caring. Both Dr Pandya and Dr Memon are absolutely amazing to work with. I had Kendrick for my cleaning and he was so gentle. Front office staff are very polite and professional as well. I drive 2 hours just to stay with this office."
"Phew! So relieved! I needed to find a dentist after moving and putting it off for too long and I was very hesitant knowing I needed a fair bit of work. The Flossophy team is great - making the appointment was easy and Tiffany and team are all super friendly and courteous and they review the pricing and care plan with you so there are no finance surprises. The office is very clean & neat, the technology is current and definitely helps to make me feel more comfortable (who knew all that they have come up with to make this easier?!). I recommend Dr. Memon and the team at Flossophy without hesitation. I had a bunch of work done and it Didn’t Hurt!!"
"Dr Memon and her staff, from front desk to assistants, are amazing. Very professional and dedicated to patient care. My last two dentist visits were in 2016 and 2019, long gaps due to suboptimal experiences but I'll definitely be returning here for regular checkups and dental work. Highly recommend."
"Flossophy Dental is definitely the place to go!!! Great office and at a great location! (I also stop by the Starbucks next door to reward myself :)) Dr. Pandya and Dr.Memon are amazing they both take their time to explain treatment. They also answered all of my questions with out feeling rush. Staff is 100/10 too they make me feel so welcome! Did I mentioned they offer SEDATION & NITROUS!"
