"Unfortunately John is 94 years old and he has early stages of Dementia and he woke up realizing that two teeth next to each other broke off and they were sharp to his tongue. He wanted to go back to West Wind to have them removed. Time is not on his side and there are times when he has not wanted to have an appointments with ongoing specialist like his Skin and cancer doctors who has now refused to see him.after 30 years. They referred him elsewhere. Back to your office; he was wanting to have this walk in for service. Yes his mouth at this age has problems. Dr. K seeing the x-rays and coming into his cubicle had reason to make a fine job of a make over but John wanted relief at the moment. I commented that he needs just these 2 teeth removed today. He did not know at the time until later. That John has dementia because he was asked to come to the back quickly before I mentioned ‘Dementia’ at the front desk later. Important to note also John wanted to go and that was favorable as he was feeling spry and comfortable making a right decision- to go to a dentist. He’s not always a good decision maker this last year or so. Jeannette found an opportunity for him to see Dr J at your other new facility. John was willing but he had a change of disposition that morning and didn’t agree with going. I had no tel number to call to give John. Chance to reconsider another timeframe. He vacillates between yes and no. He knows your office and it’s within 3 miles of our home. So, it’s hard to rate service at this time. Although it might be necessary to check off a 1 star so my comments are received! Thank you! Please comment if you decide to take this one step to extract two teeth to avoid his tongue further irritation."

"Don’t go here. Office ladies do not know how to do their job. Went through 2 hours of exams for them to tell me that they do not take my insurance after the fact. Then wanted me to pay 85 dollars for the exams without insurance. Even though they originally said they do take my insurance and I paid my copay prior to the cleaning. Do your research and go somewhere else. Tons of dentist offices in same location. Don’t waste your time on this place"

"I called to schedule a cleaning a few days in advance…I get there and they do x-rays and what not, only to tell me “oh the hygienist is only in on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We’ll reschedule you”…..don’t you feel that should’ve been mentioned when I scheduled the cleaning for a Tuesday? That was the ONLY reason I was there.. Won’t ever be back to this place. The lady who actually did my X-rays was super nice, but the main dentist was rude."

"If I could give this place less than one star I would. I went there beginning of 2023 for a wisdom teeth consult because their website said it was a consult then surgery which I confirmed on the phone. I get there and they do the X-rays and say they are going to send out a referral out of the office. And have me stay for cleaning and tell me I need fillings. i was so mad that it was false advertisement, so I didn’t schedule an appointment but kept getting appointment reminders and I kept calling to cancel. They then call me on my birthday and ask where I am as “I had an appointment.” I told them I would never schedule anything like that on my birthday so now they’re making things up and I’m done and don’t ever want to hear from them again after all this. They told me they would mark my file. Then today I got a call 4 months later and she tells me “the doctor is concerned that you haven’t been in for a while and wants me to make an appointment for you.” Didn’t even ask if I wanted one. I told her there should have been a note in there that I’m not interested. She told me should now note the chart. So we’ll see if they try again."
