"VERY impressed with customer service I received here at the MIDCO service department! My winch was failing on my rollback truck,(disengaging under a load) I called a couple places that had 2/3 weeks wait to get me in.. I called them Crystal helped me out, I brought it by for the foreman to check out. They had me scheduled & truck in the shop 3 days later. My truck is older they treated me very fairly, Did not try an up sale me or down play my equipment. 24 hour turn around time!!!!! I will be using them again for service! Thank You Crystal & Team! "Midco is Dishonest, and doesn't stand behind there work! Notice the brand new shiny bolts on a 50K mile old clutch. Maria says a throw out bearing (due to lack of maintenance) caused the the clutch to disengage. Anyone who knows anything about a clutch knows the throw out bearing disengages the clutch, Maria is just happy to LIE... Problem was those 4 shiny new bolts fell out of the clutch causing disengagement. BUT MARIA LIES. This was obviously a defective pressure plate, and I'm sure the clutch manufacturer would have have covered the clutch replacement, but not at the $4K Midco charged me. Also Midco tried to LIE to me again! I told them (in writing) I needed the old parts. With a struggle I finally got them. I'm sure any small Trucking company knows the game. Screw the owner operator, turn the parts back to the parts manufacturer and get paid for the job twice... ALSO, the Eaton Fuller throwout bearing has a recommended maintenance interval of 50K Miles DISHONEST PEOPLE/COMPANY DO NOT USE?"
"If your looking to work here I would advise look elsewhere, working environment is almost laughable. Management if that’s what you would like to call it has very little sense of direction and bottom of the barrel management knowledge. If you expect training? You won’t get any you will just get told what they want from you and zero guidance on the task at hand then hound you about productivity numbers. Structure is constantly changing on a day to day basis one day you are told to do something one way then the next they want you to throw that out of the window and try it a different way. Don’t expect to come in with an equal or greater skill set then the people that have been there for a few years or you’ll get black balled your first day and the with hunt will start until your terminated. Oh and don’t speak about about shotty work because if it was the foreman’s that will get your fired too"
