"Hi I did not use the salon because I came down twice to see Rudy and he did not show up. The first time he called to tell me while I was there waiting a while in the lobby. He was said he was sick and he was going to get tested for Covid and then a couple days later he called me and said he was OK that he could take me Sunday. I agreed, even though I thought it was weird that they were open on Sunday and I feel like I should’ve listened to my instincts. I asked around To the different studios and nobody heard of him when I Looked on the directory board his name was not on there I don’t know if he’s sharing it with somebody or not? I saw a good review about him so I figured I’d try him out. I was very disappointed that my time was wasted and so was my boyfriend’s. He did not seem at all apologetic except about the second time...after I told him I’m going to find somebody else. He didn’t even try to draw me back in at all. I’m very sorry that he’s sick but this last minute calling and texting is not acceptable so close to my appointment.you know if you’re still sick From a week ago."
