"We had a lot of front end work done on our 2014 VW Passat which was desperately needed. They did a great job on those items, however, we paid for an oil change and it was never changed. We know this because the car went to 2 other quality garages (in addition to being towed to them) and finally we were told that the oil was dirty and were we sure it was changed less than 500 miles ago. I guess it was not changed. Had that garage (second time around) change the oil and the car is running like a charm! Disappointed to say the least. $2000+ to Brake Masters and another $800+ to the other garages trying to find the cause of our car stalling all of the time. They kept repairing what would come up on the sensor but nothing helped - but the oil change."

"These guys are awesome! Felicia is an amazing service writer/manager. My father was a shop foreman and owned a shop on the side for 40+ years. She was gracious, very fair, honest and went there extra mile. She was test driving vehicles, checking parts, running diagnostic and had a ton of knowledge, I’m serious! I was blown away at her level of competency, it’s very rare and she’s extremely valuable. My wife and I own businesses and took our fleet vehicle in for almost an entire overhaul. If I have 5 employees like this we’d take over our industry in Arizona, give her a raise! I am a licensed contractor in the State and I mean this, well done Felicia and guys. You’ve earned a loyal customer. #Grateful"

"These guys finally fixed a car that I had taken a big 05 times brake masters on my opinion is the best place in town. He was honest he was on time. They left my car clean and told me anything I needed to do. I really enjoyed the experience and the employees really like working there. I would recommend brake masters to anyone."
