"While Dr. Watkins was wonderful and very pleasant he is not the issue. I was referred to Dr. Watkins by my dentist for an implant. My first visit I had no idea on what to expect or what anything would cost. I was taken care of by a lady (I can’t remember her name) whom I assumed was over the finances. She went over a treatment plan with me, explained this is what I needed to get done and once my gums were ready I would get my implant. I EXPLAINED TO HER I COULD NOT AFFORD THIS. She advised me I could apply for a CareCredit cat to cover and pay off in a year to avoid interest. Me not knowing anything agreed to this cost and here is where I was totally stupid, little did i know that the price I was quoted was only the beginning. So fast forward, I’m waiting on gums to heal so I can get my implant. I went in for Dr. Watkins to check, he said they were healing nicely, come back in a few weeks. Still being stupid, I got a bill, wondering why because I thought I paid for everything already ( real stupid to think that). I called the office and the lady I spoke with to my horror advised me that it was only the beginning and would cost so much more. I was totally devastated!! I told the First Lady I could not afford this and not once did she advise me I was going to have to pay more. I feel so deceived!! But I’m an adult and it was my responsibility to do my homework and ask questions which I did neither. Again I say Dr. Watkins was great but please as far as the financial aspect, know what you are getting yourself into."

"Terrible experience. We will see how long this place stays in business. No reviews for the past 1 year. I wonder why. Really funny to see how the only past reviews come from current employees. Literally! Imagine working for a place where they tell you to leave a review because not even their actual customers want to… Please… go see if the review linda left is real… or if the one Marsha left is real.. friendly staff? They wont even pick up the phone when you call that office. The only good employee they had was the one that brought this place to back to life. Again. You are just as fake as your reviews are. Bought them breakfast multiple times thinking they were decent people. What a disgrace must be working for these Doctor and “Amy” I’ll leave it at that. The only good employee they have there is Sofia, Oh, sorry, they HAD. - Paul."

"I was experiencing some significant issues with my teeth and was not comfortable with the advise I was receiving from my dentist. Both my grand daughter and my neighbor recommended that I consult with Dr. Watkins. I was very apprehensive on my first visit, but both Dr. Watkins and his team made me feel at ease immediately. Dr. Watkins is competent and knowledgeable but also very kind and patient and he has surrounded himself with a team that has the same work ethic. I have a lot of work to be done but they are working with me so that I have a payment schedule that is manageable for me. It is so rare to find professionals who truly care about their patients but they do at this practice. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. Watkins and his staff are amazing! I had gum grafting done in 2017 and was extremely nervous about the process. Dr. Watkins explained everything in fine detail and really helped calm my nerves. The office staff gave me an accurate quote and worked closely with me before and after the procedure. The procedure itself was painless and my gums and teeth look great! I would recommend this procedure to anyone who needs this. Easy, painless and affordable! The staff really is the best and take care of their patients."
