"I have been going here for 4 years for my dental needs. The office staff is very friendly. My issue is with the orthodontics my husband had custom made for his TMJ pain. They do not fit. I have been trying for 2 months to get an answer if they are able to be adjusted, but the office will not get back to me on this issue. It's sad to have custom orthodontics inserts to wear that cost about $500 but do not fit, therefore they are not usable. I have spoken to the front desk woman multiple times and she said Frank would call me, but no calls from them. We are done chasing them and will seek better care elsewhere. If your needs are simple, this is a good office, but once your needs require a follow up that's where the issues arise."
