"Dr. Phillips was great with the exam and cleaning. Dr. Hoopes did a great job with my fillings best dental work I've ever gotten done. Gemma was great at working out a payment plan that worked out good for me. Hannah also did a great job at getting me scheduled for my next visit and getting me an estimate for my work that needed to be done. And Dr. Schwartz and Haylee did and great job getting me started on my braces. Loved all my visits here they're all a great team definitely coming back!!"

"My family has been coming to this office for years. Lisa the hygienist is amazing! Ever since dentist McKenna Renfro joined the team it has become a meat market. After regular bi-annual cleanings forever all of a sudden she refused to do a regular cleaning and would only do root planing and scaling for $712 out of pocket. When my son went to his last bi-annual cleaning he was told that he needed gum irrigation and charged him $40 out of pocket. I decided it was time to find a new dentist office. When I was looking on my insurance website for a new dentist I happened to look at the explanation of benefits for those office visits. I was outraged to find that I was overcharged $380 for the root planing and scaling and that we did not owe $40 for my son's gum irrigation. I immediately called the office and spoke with Hannah who was able to get a refund for both. I told her this was inexcusable, cancelled all of our future appointments, and advised that we have changed dentists. STAY AWAY!!!"
