"Total scam. Its technician fixed a chip and left a mark bigger than the chip before the repair. When on phone with customer service, the technician jumped on fixing it again without my permission and claimed “it’s just going to be a courtesy repair” to get out of all responsibilities."

I had a small piece of tape over it and Shanese saw it while I was filling up my car with gas at the Loaf and Jug on Smoky Hill. My insurance covered the repair and within 10 minutes, I was driving away to continue my Xmas shopping!
