"They were rated very highly by my insurance provider but with two visits a month apart I haven’t really gotten anywhere. It started with technology issues and then the ortho had an emergency preventing my appointment when I was already there. The staff is very friendly and I understand that things come up like technical issues and emergencies but just kind of sucks having these things happen on my first two visits. If things improve I’ll update but might consider someone else for care so I can get some immediacy on the work I want done."
