"Myself and my 3 kids have been patients at this practice for 35 years, and we like Dr. Dovgan. However, he sold to corporate and the staff are now extremely aggressive. I had a balance due which I was making 3 payments for and they sent it to collections a week after we made payment arrangements. All of the original staff quit once he sold out, and now the girls at the desk are RUDE, aggressive and they just hung up the phone on me. These office girls are ruining Dr Dovgan's 40 years of building a business. Sad- I will NEVER go back to this practice, and I was a patient for so many years."

"Receptionist Risa has a bad attitude. I was on the phone with her about 10 minutes ago. I had a balance due of $148. They don't offer payment plans at all. I asked to hold the call while looking for my credit card. She claims she had "another patient on the line" and had hung up on me, which I highly doubt judging how impatient she seemed on the phone. Don't like her attitude not one bit. Straight hung up on me. Even one the other receptionist I had talked to who transferred me to Risa had a nasty attitude too. I've been with this place since Sue, Michelle, and Lisa working here and this newer staff aren't likable and friendly. I no longer wish to do business at this place. Canceled my upcoming cleaning with them. Not coming back here ever again. No offense or complaints to Dr Dovgan himself, its just the attitude and lack of courtesy I get from the newer staff. Risa needs to work her tone of voice."
