"I'm disappointed that I was referred to this dental office. Despite me having an excellent DDS, it seems they might not be aware of the shortcomings at Canyon Ridge Endodontics. I had a root canal performed at this location and afterwards, experienced issues with another tooth, this was due to the prolonged time (an hour and 45 minutes) my mouth was kept open— subsequently fracturing another two that I had a root canal done on. Moreover, during the procedure, I noticed a lack of attentiveness from the dental hygienist assistants while the doctor worked on my tooth. I also suffered throat burns from the chemicals used in the root canal. When I reported these issues over the phone, the response I received seemed to dismiss responsibility for the harm caused. It's worth noting that these concerns are related to the support staff (some wildly unprofessional as mentioned by other reviews), who could benefit from more comprehensive training before engaging with patients."

"Dr Helvey did my root canal re treatment and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and was patient. The nurse and staff were also really good. Highly recommend this practice for root canal work."

"Received very good medical services. But cancelled all next appointments due to very rude experience with billing. Billing Receptionist (Jesica, or Jessa) had a very negative and condescending attitude after my Care Credit card had been denied. While talking to the Care Credit agent, I was told that my card never had been activated and that for security reasons my account had been closed. I also was told that I still had a previous account that was still opened and that I had $15,000 in Credit Ready to be used. I was told at that time by the Canyon Ridge Endotonics receptionist to step aside as I was offering for her to talk with the Care Credit agent, who would have helped resolve this matter right away. By the way, there were no other patients in line. I always have expected proper courtesy from all employees in any kind of transactions or services received and will not accept anyone being condescending."

"The most unprofessional front desk I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. Avoid avoid avoid. The attitude is literally no different than dealing with a high school student purposefully antagonizing someone. This place was a referral from another dentist, I would immediately get a better referral or find another place yourself!"

"It’s rare I wrote bad reviews but I felt compelled to warn others. Dr. K proposed a treatment that was invasive and expensive instead of retreating my root canal. I went for second opinion and they basically told me re-treatment is possible and it’ll cost me 1/2 price. Staff seems unhappy. Doctor egoistic and has bad bedside manner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but Arcadia Endo (Dr. Axx) is amazing! Friendly staff and they have latest technology which allows them to treat you properly."
