"I spoke to someone who answered the phone there, I do not know her name. She was very sarcastic! She had a very rude attitude! I was only asking questions regarding if they take certain types of insurance. She said someone would call me back, and of course they did not. Her tone alone is enough to have me try other denists! A Receptionist is supposed to be the first point of contact, to make a good impression, since they represent the company they are working for. Well she represented herself in a very negative way. I will look elsewhere."
