"Cancelled on me twice for massages that I paid for with me and my girlfriend. Would schedule my dates about a week out, Nikki would confirm appointment. First time she didn’t realize the space she uses is closed on Mondays and didn’t tell me until an hour before our appointment (how do you not know your own hours?), rescheduled for a week later after that and she cancelled on me a second time within two hours of my appointment."
