"My fiancé found this shop, brought his 9 year old Camry in and they were great with it; skid plate sagging, motor mount replacement, oil change. After several awful experiences with my 25 year old Camry at other shops, over the past few years, I figured I'd give Baldwin Brothers a chance. Took the 40 minute trip, had quite possibly the quickest oil change in my life. While there, they spotted two issues that I'd previously been told were "no big deal" by a mechanic from a different auto shop a year & 5k miles ago. Turned out to be regular wear & age related but shouldn't have been left as they were, booked a second appointment a week later to fix both (motor mount / torque mount, and EGR valve), got my car back and she was perky, felt different - better. No signs of mistreatment, just reasonably priced work by some really great guys."

"The first time I went in they did a good job and provided good customer service. The second time I went in for an oil change and parked my car in front of the shop and (experienced the worst customer service of my life) I had left @ 2:58 pm (lunch break is 1hr 15 min, I work next door) on their website it said they close at 5 so I thought I could pop in and schedule an appointment (if they didn't have time for the oil change as I was driving around and knew it needed to cool down) and when I got back my car it was gone. I thought maybe they pulled it into their shop and left a voicemail or message on my phone. (My last mechanic would do that sort of thing) but I had nothing. The next day I get a phone call from the mechanic and the first thing he says to me is that he recognized my car and knew it was mine. I said, "sweet where is it?" He said they had it towed and made up the excuse that I took up two spaces. I was trying to reason with him as to why they would do such a thing. The man just yelled at me and said the tow company number so fast I couldn't note it down and hung up and Ignored my calls. His brother Kevin finally answered and gave me the number (semi-shout out to Kevin) I only say semi because he gave me the wrong number but he was nice on the phone. I was sent on a wild goose hunt to find my car and spent 3 hrs talking to police and tow companies to find it. $235 later I finally got my car back and had wasted a whole work day. I don't understand why they chose to do things in this manner. I do take ownership that the area I parked in partially blocked the garage but They could have given me a courtesy call or warning (again I work right next door.) All I have left to say is good luck to all those who go there, and have a blessed day."

She is treated fairly and like family. Their prices are also reasonable. Don't have any doubts, schedule your cars appointment today."

"Been going to Baldwin Brothers for 6 or 7 years now.Kevin & Kenny always take care of my truck & car needs. They know their stuff & don't rip you off like these big shops or dealerships. They explain everything in detail & don't try to upgrade you on stuff you really don't need. Great mechanics. Would & do recommend them to family & friends.
