"Is absolute terrible customer service. Had to cancel my daughter's dental appointment due to medical seizure. The dental office demanded same day cancellation fee. And now because they had an attitude and my daughter had a little bit back with them. There's no longer going to serve us. It's nice to know the customer service no longer Exists even with people that serve view in dental emergencies or what not. We were a new patient. We didn't even get a chance to even go to the dental office. And they treated my daughter so poorly. I would be happy to provide screenshots if you would like to see just how their front end staff treats people. I get it COVID, really hurt a lot of businesses. However you don't take it out on Patience If your medical firm can't afford to be in business and has to charge a fee due to actual medical conditions. You shouldn't be in business and you obviously can afford to be an operation."

"Very salesy - every time i would come in, it would be a constant upsell or add on of things like teeth whitening and dental work i recently found out wasnt even needed. Staff messed up on scheduling multiple times and then tried to charge me for no shows. The dental work wasnt horrible but overall experience not great. At one point the dentist had her 18 year old daughter working on or lets say practicing on me during a cleaning."

"They make good, understandable treatment plans, and the staff and dentists are all super kind. They focus on what to do about your teeth, not on what you may have done wrong, which is very refreshing, and a reason a lot of people hate the dentists in the first place. My diagnosis and cleaning have both gone super well. Highly recommend!"

And since I've had three appointments with Smile Arizona Dentistry, I have been very very happy with Dr Beth and the team. I went in scared, and each time, each person interacting with me was very very kind. I do my best to be calm and friendly, despite the fear. It feels like a harmonious, professional team, doing everything they can to educate and help people. I am not gullible, I know that my mouth and teeth have complicated things going on... but I am not going to blame them for my situation. They have been so helpful and it makes a huge difference for me that each of the people have been kind, I liked their dedication to educating me and I trust their expertise. Thank you."
