"My family has been plagued by periodontal disease, and I was no exception. One of my brothers had no teeth by the he was 40, I struggled for years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars trying to keep the teeth I had left. Finally, absesses and infections were the norm. The teeth were having a party in my mouth dancing around. Or simply falling out. So I went on an implant journey. I went to six different places, all advertised "like clear choice".. ha, they were not even close to the quality of CC. Candace in the business office is unbelievable. While the process was lengthy, the care was constantly there and sincere. "The staff is sweet. I’m sure they are amazing. I was in there for a total of 30 seconds. The reason I’m giving a lower star review is because while I was checking in at the front desk the lady I was supposed to visit came out and starting talking about the things I filled in in my pre paperwork right there in the lobby. Basically saying that with out anything actually wrong with my teeth that they could not help me. She has no clue about my dental history that was super uncomfortable. There are actually things wrong with my teeth and another dentist actually recommended I speak with someone about options this clinic provides. Even if the clinic said I wasn’t a candidate. I would have preferred that conversation behind closed doors and an actual conversation about my dental history and an assessment. But I get. It’s Friday. Whatever makes your day easier."
