"Customer Service here has been great, the actual work done has been upsetting. Over-tightening the oil pan plug on several cars now.... After my most recent oil change I am leaking oil out of my Prius at a rate where I can't work or drive the car outside of to get it fixed. Also during this process at one point they left the skid cover unfastened and it was dragging... ugh!! Not what I was expecting from a $120 dollar oil change. I am losing money not working as I use my car for work, and on putting my own oil in it. I need a new oil pan now and the fix is roughly $600 dollars that I cannot afford. Managers don't reply to emails or just give you a number to call. The mainline from the website for the company is disconnected so no help there. I emailed the listed addresses given as well, with no response.... I would at least like a refund for my last couple oil changes so I can help offset the cost of the impending repair. Don't know where to go from here really...just wanted to warn others. It sucks, I really liked this place, however it seems the work thats done and the way the company operates is too insufficient. If you are thinking about coming here, check their complaint page on the Better Business bureau site beforehand.. the end result for anyone with an issue has seemed not good... The number they provide leads to a drs office. Not a customer service line that only puts you to voicemail"

"I just came in today 2/11 at 10:30am. There were only 2 gentleman working and they were killing it. They were fast, polite, and courteous. The bays were full and a steady flow of cars coming in and they made sure to get everyone through as quick as possible while also making sure I didn’t have any questions and I was fully satisfied. "I love that you don’t have to get out of the car. However it’s advertised as “10 minute oil changes” and I do believe that is NOT the case. I got here with one car being worked on in the bay and only one ahead of me have waited over an hour just to get my car into the bay. So make sure you give yourself adequate time. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer."
