"Had a poor dental filling done by dr. Zeng to fix my chipped tooth that had an old filling break off.. I can feel a crack between my real tooth and filling also very poorly shaped I expressed to him I don’t like the way he shaped it and he got annoyed saying my tooth was crooked to consider Invisalign.. I have old photos showing what s wonderful shaped filling I had done when I was 10 that broke off at 23!!! will not be returning… I literally left in tears on how hideous this tooth looks I would of rather left it chipped … will be finding a new office… I included a picture from 1 year ago before it broke off just look how normal and even it looked before this POOR JOB"

"BEWARE!!!!!if I could give no stars I would but had to give one to write a review. Reread my experience more than once about this organization- save urself the hassle choose another dentist office. I have been a patient here bout 3 years and must have changed office managers Valerie and she has 2 assistants Jasmine and Zoey-all 3 of these so called managers are like dealing with a 3 ring circus so unprofessional, zero customer service skills and zero skills on handling any escalated issues My experience I went this past week for a cleaning with a floater hygienist for a perio-maintenance and received a regular cleaning- my insurance was charged for a perio-maintenance and I was charged as well. I tried to explain to the 3 ring circus office managers the cleaning was not a perio-maintenance. So back and forth I went from one office manager to another in the debate club that I received a perio-maintenance cleaning. I wanted a credit on my account for the cleaning and was told absolutely not I could come back for a touch up, now what on earth is a touch up ?? Then I asked for the regional manager, and was told by Valerie oh no we are not going there and she would just take me off as a Aspen dental patient for do not return. 3 managers that could not seem to handle one patients dispute over a cleaning, didn't care what I had to say didn't care if I took my business elsewhere, and didn't care they have a hygienist that falsifies legal documents on their patients, and should not b in form of management. This dental office bills insurance for services not rendered- and charges the patient. It's called insurance fraud. I called my insurance company and will b appealing Good Riddance Aspen Dental"

"Signed in quickly, receptionist friendly. TV in the lobby was a nice touch. Assistant and dentist excellent and highly professional! Good people who do great work! They won't leave you in the lurch!"

"I absolutely love this location! The receptionist is so good with preferred names. The hygienists are just the same! Everyone is very informative and attentive. Felt safe and sound, and everyone was practicing VERY careful personal hygiene. Glad to be a patient here."
