"Dr. Trent Lally and his staff are amazing. I needed a root canal done and the whole procedure from start to finish was very pleasant. No pain what so ever. Dr. Trent Lally does a great job explaining the whole process. I never had a root canal done before and have heard horror stories from other people but when it came down to it the whole procedure went super smoothly. The staff is very cordial and friendly. You can tell they like working there. I highly recommend Dr. Lally and this location at the Biltmore."

"Most people don’t like the dentist, but oral surgery/root canal even worse. But this was the best dental experience I have ever experienced. Dr Lally and the staff were awesome start to finish. It is a comfortable atmosphere and I felt safe the whole time. As for the procedure, the knowledge, communication and handling from Dr Lally was great. He explained the procedure, the expectations and the assessment clearly. The winner of my procedure was that I had zero pain, or even much feeling with just the shots. I had no discomfort at all. Doc did the root canal and then put a temporary filling. That filling has lasted a couple of years now as I have not wanted to find a dentist…I don’t know any good ones except Dr Lally. I recommend the team here and will return for all my root canals!! LOL!"

"Go there super early in the morning on my day off and they tell me that they don't take my insurance, so I spent my time and gas and go through the trouble for nothing. Plus made me waste my time filling out endless paperwork, again, all for nothing. This is something they should have told me when I called for an appointment. The front desk receptionist was also a bit icy. Hardly a good morning and no smile. I understand we all have bad days so maybe she just wasn't in a good mood but from other comments on here, customer service seems to be a problem at this place."
