Dr. Griffith went out of her way to explain all the details and scans, as well as the current and possible future issues that we would have to deal due to the bite. "Dr. Griffiths and her staff are exceptional. My son is 9 and she is so patient and kind, explaining everything and double checking with him at every step to ensure his comfort. We are seeing her for help with his airways and I have never worked with a more thorough specialist. She caught an oversight from our regular dentist that nearly cost my son one of his molars and we had her redo the filling. She kept fine tuning the filling to make sure he had no discomfort or sensitivity. She checked on it at follow up appointments and made extra adjustments when he described any troubles with that tooth. Michael at the front desk makes all of the clerical and billing aspects a dream. He is very detailed and thorough when explaining upcoming costs and books out future appointments to help keep us on track for continued progress. I have been extremely happy working with this office and consider it more than worth our time and money even with a lengthy drive."

"Dr lied about a specific policy, saying it was mandated by the ADA. I reached out to a couple dentist colleagues of mine who confirmed that that was a personal preference not a mandate/regulation. We wouldn't have taken issue with it, had she just told us the truth from the start. If she lied about something so easily verifiable, we couldn't help but wonder what else she might not be truthful to us about."
