"Absolute nightmare. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. I dropped my car because there was an engine recall, and Jamie Heyns was a service consultant who accepted my car for repair. While dropping off the car, I informed her that I received a warranty notification in the mail to replace the melted taillight assembly as they were burned out. Immediately, she said I knew it and refused to look into the warranty paper. Well, after a week, I got a call from her, and suddenly, my car engine repair is done. She should have informed me on the day they received a replacement engine from Hyundai. I went to pickup the car, and I asked her about the brake assembly part repair, and she said the lights were working fine. After coming home, I noticed the brake lights were not working. I gave her a call, and she said we could order the parts, and it's been more than a month. Why did she not replace the brake light assembly in the first place? I escalated this issue to Hyundai and the customer relations manager from Chapman, but got no help from them. Please note that whatever repair you are doing under warranty is not free and is being paid by Hyundai to your dealership. I would request that everyone double-check their car before leaving the dealership."

"Buying a car (especially if you are looking for a used vehicles at dealerships) can be an daunting/annoying experience however, I had just the opposite happen at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix. I sent an email message inquiring about a used Nissan Titan Truck they had on their website. A salesman, Mark Larracas, responding and answered several questions I had about it. He offered for me to come in and test drive it. I never felt pressured and went it, test drove it and purchased it. Mark made sure it was completely detailed before I left and it looked brand new! Mark was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process. The sales manager was very nice and answered some additional questions I had about the truck. In fact, I chatted with a few different people there and everyone was very helpful. Although I was pre-approved through a credit union, their finance director, Huy, was able to find a credit union with a little better interest rate. If you were looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely see Mark Larracas."
