I spoke with James who was very nice and I made an appointment to have my car repaired. I was not able to get in immediately due to the chip shortage, insurance companies are not totaling out cars because they can not be replaced. There is a wait time at all Collision Body Shops. Once I got my car in it was repaired good as new. James dealt with my insurance company directly so once I did the initial report and pocket estimate my part was done. I recommend Coulter Collision, friendly, reliable and they will get you back on the road looking good!"
