"DO NOT take your truck here unless you have all kinds of time to waste. Brought my big uhaul here to have a few issues looked at, every day they told me "We'll be looking at it today, we'll call you by the end of the day!" They'd never call. Every other day I'd call or show up, and I'd hear the same thing. This went on for 2 weeks until i finally told him, no, I'm taking my truck home, at which point he waved me off like an annoying fly and said "keys are in the ignition" and went back to his computer."
"I dropped my truck off with Scott two weeks ago to assess a return issue after a recent repair. I have called for updates 3-5 times and have been blown off and told someone would follow up. No calls. No answers to the calls now. I will continue to escalate this matter until Scott calls. I would advise against using this team for any service needs."
