"We had been looking to downsize from a Suburban for a few months but nothing was worth actually test driving until we found an Infiniti QX56. Super clean and having the chance to take it on a road trip 10 days later really put it to the test, great vehicle! No one believes it's a 2013. Dylan was awesome to work with, no pressure, no sales tactics, gave us the space to just decide if it was the right vehicle for us. He also followed-up a few times with reminder about our plates if not received to reach out to him, added us to their SiriusXM trial, our trade in had a cracked windshield offered us a reimbursement after we had insurance replacement, I thought I left a CD in the trade-in he made sure to check and txt me there was not. "Bought a 1996 Chevy S10 back in July. This 27 year old truck is the same age as my kid, yet gives me far less headaches. Used car prices aren’t what they used to be. Gone are the days of finding anything reliable for a couple grand…even private party. But for a car this old to have under 100k? It was either a miracle find at any price, or a pile of junk. So far, I’m going with miracle. Dylan maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Since I live a couple hours away, he offered to take it to a mechanic of my choosing. I opted to have a mobile mechanic go to the dealership. Mechanic found a couple of fairly minor things, given this truck’s age. Dylan offered to have his mechanic fix them before I finalized the purchase. Purchase process was quick too. When I got the truck home, I took it to the Chevy dealership for a thorough inspection. They were shocked at what great shape it’s in. The Chevy dealer found a couple of other issues, but nothing wildly unusual or unexpected from a truck as old as this. The mobile mechanic I hired missed these things too, so I’m not docking Cool Motors any stars for it. Plus…IT’S A 27 YEAR OLD TRUCK. I wasn’t expecting mint condition. Dylan offered to order any parts I need at cost to save me the retail price. That’s nice. He has also checked in with me occasionally since the purchase, although I think a lot of that has to do with wanting me to post a review. Again, can’t blame him for wanting reviews, everyone relies on Yelp and Google reviews nowadays."
