"David was willing to help me read my light codes same day inquiry for my bmw and was very accommodating. He explained any repairs I might need so that I could understand what they were or might be and how urgent (and ballpark $$) they were so I could make an informed decision on which repairs would work for me. We then scheduled a repair/ further diagnostics. Another auto shop wanted to charge me 110 just for that. Bavarian motors didn’t. We then scheduled a repair/ full diagnostic of the car (David worked with my schedule). After dropping my car off, David did the same as above, and him and his team was able to get all repairs I approved done same day. Iv been to a couple repair shops, this one has the best customer service by far. You can tell they really care about their work and customers. I am happy that I was able to find Bavarian motors!
