Before we got started, my dental assistant reviewed the notes from my last visit including the things I was hoping to improve at home. Once she got started, consistently told me what she was doing, or was about to do. And she kept referring back to the things I'd wanted to improve at home - where she could see improvement, where there may be other ways to continue to improve. And she regularly checked in to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Lepinskas came in toward the end of the visit and reviewed everything, asking how I felt things were going re my dental health.
