"Amber the hygienist should further her education before cleaning anyone's teeth. She doesn't know how to give shots properly to numb the mouth and is incredibly rough when doing a cleaning. She was also incredibly rude during the cleaning and she should go through people classes as she was the worst hygienist I've ever encountered. My jaw was sore for 4 days after she did the deep cleaning on my teeth. I was pretty irritated when I left because of my experience with Amber. Maybe Amber had a bad day but she will never clean my teeth or my family's teeth. The Dentist is great, and needs to be aware of Amber handling of patients. I was upset and sore for a week. When I gave the feedback I didn't feel that it was taken seriously and if anything was going to be done about it."
