"This place should be called 5 hour oil. I sat and watched the staff let every car set for a minimum of 25-30 minutes before even starting on the car. They only worked on one care at a time when they have two bays. The manager was more interested in leaving to go get his lunch then the stream of cars waiting that stretched all the way out to the intersection. I am not sure how they advertise a speedy service at all. Nothing like sitting in your car roasting for two and half hours. Sounds like a great business model. I wouldn't even recommend this place to someone I disliked."

"I love the convenience of this place!! The staff was SO nice, 10/10 for customer service. The manager, (I forgot his name, Rogelio maybe?) was absolutely fantastic. Direct communication the entire time. Only thing I would mention is pricing is pretty high. They will also try to upsell on other services. Expect to pay $60-150 for an oil change, it was hard to find pricing online. Hope this helps someone! Thanks Take 5!"

"I live right across the way so this oil change spot is convenient. However, I think the average wait time for each car is about 45 minutes to an hour long; no where close to 5 minutes at all. The staff is always very friendly & polite, I believe it’s the company that is setting them up for failure & not staffing properly. You can tell the employe are trying their best."

"I was in town and came to get an oil change here since it was convenient, first yes they r nice offered water but the guy told me estimated 1 hr wait c they were updating the system. I was blocked in, so stuck it out in front was 4 cars and some behind me I have been waiting 2 and almost 30 minutes. I did not expect that and it’s been a bad first experience having to wait that long! But have no choice! The wait should not be that long! They have two rows for cars to pull up, but two people working on one car. They need to have more employees so both rows can be worked on at the same time so people and being pushed out! I had higher hopes. But don’t advertise 5 minutes if it’s closer to 5 hours. I arrived at 112 now it’s 332 still waiting I’m sure other people would of said something but I will be respectful and sit here and be nice. But not cool! I never leave reviews but this was a must. If you have kids do not take them with you they will of thrown a fit and made it even more of a bad first time experience."
