"They tried double billing insurance and we had to sort it out with our insurance, "procedure is part of another procedure and cannot be billed separately" as according our insurance. We would have never noticed if they hadn't kept asking for more money every time i showed up to get the rest of the work done, even though i paid in full for the enitre procedure the very first day. Every day it was, "you actually owe this much more, or this much more" I started getting suspicious after the 3rd time and contacted my insurance. Low and behold, I was right. They ended up getting my money though because I paid with my debit ☹️ sad we can't even trust your own dentist! Even though my procedures ended in November I'm now randomly receiving bills that I still owe. WHAT!? I didn't owe anything when I left, in fact I paid over. Question everything, don't trust anyone with your money. Including your dentist. I won't be back."

"The people here are great. They're very nice, and seem to be extremely good at what they do. However, the price is steep. I expected a hefty price tag for the amount of work I needed done, however this was much steeper than I could ever afford and the financing options are limited and were not of much use. Even with them "working around" my worry of finances, the cost was insanely high. I would have definitely preferred to have my work done here as they had a whole plan laid out that sounded great, but it was just nowhere near my budget and presumably unworkable to get anywhere close to said budget. Here's hoping I don't die from infection or gum disease before I get the work I need. For those that are looking for a place for work to get done and have insurance and/or plenty of money to spend, I would highly recommend it. For others, like me, that aren't exactly rolling in cash and don't have benefits, you'd do better to find somewhere else a bit less costly. Unfortunate, but that's the way America is. Money comes before health, unless you're lucky enough to have good insurance or savings."

"Fantastic service and front desk and and amenities. But this office is charging people 10 times the normal prices for procedures. 3900 for a deep cleaning? When my Insurance covers 1000-1500? 135$ charge for a toothbrush?? Unacceptable billing practice. Unless you are a rich Scottsdale citizen. This is not the place for you."

"I received excellent care at Aspen Dental. The entire staff was kind and patient with me, as I am very uneasy about my teeth being worked on. They helped me get my dental health back on track. I'm truly grateful for the care they have given me and my husband."
