"Looks like a scam to me… I went in with a discount plan and paid more than what they charge for a new patient visit… nobody bothered to inform any details regarding the plan… Their argument was it would be 700$ for consultation and X-ray without any discount. I wonder who would charge that much for just consultation and go to such place where there is no respect. Had to wait for an hour after the appointment time for them to check insurance details.No apologies as well…Absolutely nonsense and waste of time and money. Better look for any genuine place."

"Dr Diamond went over and above filling the crack of my front teeth and evening out the rest of them. Even though I am old he took the time to make me feel beautiful. Great friendly staff as well."

"They messed up my appointment date that was supposed to be on a Saturday. Couldn't go to the weekday appointment they set for me and when I went to schedule another Saturday appointment they said I had to go through a whole new consult, X rays and spend even more money because my X rays were done 3 months ago. When I asked why they couldn't just give the doctor that works Saturdays my X rays they said I need them every 6 months and these ones are now too old..... but they're 3 months old. Place is a joke and won't even fix the problems they create."

"Visited for the first time, they got me in within 2 days of calling and while I was only expecting a diagnosis they fixed my broken tooth with a crown while I was there. Only one trip this is great. Dr. Erin Castre was great and did not have an issue with my overall concerns of the dental world and the pain they can inflict. I had virtually no pain. They custom made my crown on the spot. They also dealt with the insurance company, which saved me more headache. Overall great job."

"I called in as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in the same day. Everything was very nicely organized, was able to do paperwork ahead of time via the computer walked into the office and Joan welcome to me at the front desk and then Brittany brought me back to do x-rays was able to work with me even though I was having a little bit of a hard time putting the item in my mouth and then saw Dr. Diamond very nice dentist informed me what was happening I was very nervous but he made me feel very comfortable. All of the employees at 7th And Bell Dental Group were very accommodating and made me feel very good."
